I recently had an incredible stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a beautiful Cotswolds town. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms were amazing, with underfloor heating, spacious bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The facilities were top-notch, with a large TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail, such as the beautifully set table upon arrival, made the experience even more special.
The narrow stairs to access the rooms were a bit challenging, especially for those needing to bring a lot of luggage or baby equipment.

The room facilities were new and well equipped. There were ample supplies provided, making our stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby.
We experienced some hygiene issues in the room. There were pants left by a previous guest in the bedside table, and the foundation line next to the cabinet was covered in a thick layer of dust.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The accommodation itself is lovely, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. One guest mentioned that the Cirencester suite felt like a 'home from home', which is high praise indeed. the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and living room had all the amenities one could need, including Netflix and Amazon Prime.
There were issues with the heating and electrics during one guest's stay. However, the manager was quick to address the problem and ensure their comfort.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a modern touch. It was spacious, clean, and very homely, making it the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The underfloor heating was a great feature, keeping us warm and cozy during our stay. We also loved the touch of having a Christmas tree and crackers, which added to the festive atmosphere.
That we could hear footsteps on the wooden floor outside our apartment, which disturbed our sleep a bit. the toilet in the en-suite was not practical.
